Do you want to be sure that your shipment has been delivered? Then you can receive a proactive confirmation from DHL by e-mail, telephone, fax or text message. This service is available for DHL EXPRESS 9:00.
Proof of delivery
DHL's electronic proof of delivery allows you to view shipment details online as well as the recipients' signature image. Flexibility and convenience for you as a customer because you no longer have to contact our customer service and because you can view, download, email or print proof of delivery within an hour after delivery of your shipment. ePOD (electronic proof of delivery) is available for shipments to all destinations worldwide. The electronic signature is available for shipments to more than 150 countries. The ePOD can be consulted via the free online tracking tool DHL ProView.
If a DHL shipment unexpectedly cannot be delivered to your customer, the shipment can be stored free of charge for up to seven calendar days.
