1. What is the maximum size of the package that I can send?
With a view to our sorting belts, we request that you do not make the package larger than 120 x 80 x 80 cm (LxWxH). In addition, in connection with the occupational safety of our couriers, shipments weighing more than 50 kg must be registered with us in advance. We are of course happy to advise you on all options for the transport of larger packages and pallets.
2. Do I have to add a customs invoice to my shipment?
When sending a shipment to a country outside the European Union, you must include a pro forma or commercial customs invoice. Customs will clear your shipment based on that document. More information about customs matters can be found on our website in the Knowledge Base. There you will also find an example of a customs invoice in the Customs brochure.
